Terms of use

The rules of the road.

These are the website terms. The platform terms — the commercial contract between your business and Source Centre — are a separate document we agree with you on engagement.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Who you’re agreeing with

The Source Centre website is operated by Source Centre MSP Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. What this site is for

The site exists to explain what Source Centre does, who it’s for, and how to engage with us. It’s not the Source Centre platform itself — that’s accessed by authorised users at sign-in.

Information on the site is provided in good faith and reflects what the platform does at the time of publication.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • — Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • — Try to compromise its security or access data you’re not authorised to see
  • — Scrape, mirror or republish the content without permission
  • — Use automated systems to submit demo forms or other requests

4. Intellectual property

The brand, copy, layout and imagery on this site are Source Centre’s property or licensed to us. You’re welcome to read, share links, and quote short excerpts for legitimate commentary — please credit Source Centre and link back.

Bulk copying or commercial reuse needs our written permission first.

5. Demo bookings and prospect contact

When you submit the demo form, we’ll get in touch within one working day. There’s no obligation either way — not on you to take the demo, not on us to accept every request.

Anything we share with you about pricing or commercial terms in an initial conversation is indicative until put in writing.

6. Third-party links

We sometimes link to other sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

7. Liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no guarantees. We’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, except where the law doesn’t allow us to exclude liability (for example, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Nothing on this site is professional advice. If you need advice about a specific situation — legal, commercial, compliance — please talk to someone qualified about your own circumstances.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Any change applies from the date shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
