Three ways to work with Source Centre.
Buy the software and run it yourself. Take a coordinated managed service with a fixed monthly fee. Or hand the whole hiring process to a dedicated account manager. Same platform underneath. The difference is how much you want us to run.
Plug in your numbers.
Most clients save 2–3% on total external-hiring spend within the first twelve months: rate consolidation, AWR management, rogue-spend elimination. Try it against your volumes.
Tell us your volumes.
Here’s the maths.
Indicative only. Your actual saving depends on your current supplier base, rate structure and panel size. We’ll model your specific numbers on a 30-minute call.
Pick how hands-on you want us to be.
The platform is identical at every tier. What changes is the amount of human work Source Centre takes off your plate.
/ month software subscription
You run your own supplier list and process. You just want the platform that organises the CVs, locks ownership, and replaces the spreadsheets.
Full platform access for your team. Rolling monthly.
One-off. Dependent on number of users and organisation size. Scoped on engagement.
- Full platform access, every screen in the product
- Compliance-gated submissions + ownership locking
- Cert library + expiry tracking + alerts
- Full activity history, open to your audit team
- IR35 Status Determination workflow
- Right-to-work tracking + renewal alerts
- Standard MI dashboards + CSV exports
- Email support
You run the supplier list. We run the software. No account manager, no process oversight, no supplier coordination.
/ month management fee
You want a coordinated supplier list without running it yourself. A fixed monthly management fee covers supplier coordination, custom reporting and the single consolidated invoice.
Full platform, free at this tier.
Fixed. Covers supplier coordination, reporting, monthly business review.
One-off. Dependent on number of users and organisation size. Scoped on engagement.
- Everything in Starter
- Coordinated supplier list: tiered release, scorecards, accountability
- Demonstrable supply-chain cost savings (4–8% typical from rate consolidation, AWR clock management, and rogue-spend elimination)
- Custom reporting tailored to your KPIs
- Compliance-gated submissions enforced across the supplier list
- Single consolidated invoice + self-billing
- Monthly business review
- Shared programme manager
We coordinate the suppliers, you keep direct relationships with hiring managers. Your team raises vacancys; we handle the supplier list and the data.
/ shaped to your engagement
You want a complete RPO model. We run the entire recruitment process from vacancy raised to candidate started, with one named owner accountable end-to-end. Suits complex multi-site programmes or any business where hiring-manager alignment is the real problem to solve.
Full platform, free at this tier. Bespoke onboarding programme.
We model the right monthly figure with you, could be higher or lower depending on how the per-hire fee is structured.
Set on engagement, based on volume, role mix, and supplier list structure. One-off per start; no fee on extensions.
Set on engagement as a % of first-year salary. Typically lower than direct-agency rebill, reflecting MSP scale.
One-off. Dependent on number of users and organisation size. Scoped on engagement.
- Everything in Mid
- Dedicated named account manager
- Preferred supplier list management: your AM curates, scores, and rotates the supplier list on your behalf
- All applications screened by the AM before they reach hiring managers
- Hiring managers coordinated by the AM: same process, same SLAs, same gates across the team
- End-to-end process management from vacancy to start date
- Weekly AM updates + quarterly business review
- Contracted SLAs on time-to-shortlist, time-to-fill, compliance turnaround
- Demonstrable supply-chain cost savings (typically 6–12% at this scale)
- Custom dashboards + bespoke MI
- Multi-site / multi-entity configurations
- API access included
Full recruitment process outsourcing. Your dedicated AM owns every step: sourcing brief, supplier coordination, screening, interview scheduling, offers, contracts, onboarding hand-off. You raise the need; we run the rest. Hiring managers all work to the same rhythm, and your AM enforces it.
What changes as you move up.
The platform is identical at every tier. What changes is the amount of human work Source Centre takes off your plate.
No hidden fees. No surprise margins.
No secret rebates
Every charge on the client invoice has a documented source. Nothing routed through suppliers under the table, no margin clip we can’t point to in writing.
No bad CVs slipping through
Every submission passes compliance gates at the database before it reaches your hiring managers. Each supplier’s submission quality sits on a shared scoreboard.
No implementation fee at Mid+
Onboarding is included in the monthly fee. Starter has an implementation cost because there’s no ongoing fee to offset it.
No multi-year lock-ins
Starter is one-off. Mid is rolling-monthly. Enterprise has a 12-month minimum because the dedicated AM is a hire. You can still exit with 90 days’ notice after month six.
Common questions on pricing.
What counts as a 'demonstrable cost saving'?
We measure three things month-over-month: (1) rate consolidation, same role, lower charge rate after supplier list tiering kicks in; (2) compliance-driven savings, AWR clocks no longer missed, fewer rate uplifts at week 12; (3) rogue-spend elimination, every contractor on platform, no shadow PSL. Numbers reported quarterly with audit trail.
Do I have to commit for a year?
Starter is a one-off implementation; you keep the platform indefinitely. Mid is rolling-monthly with 90-day notice. Enterprise has a 12-month contract because the dedicated AM is a hire. You can still leave with 90 days' notice after the first six months.
Can I trial Source Centre before committing?
Yes, we run a 60-day pilot at Starter or Mid pricing with a clean exit if it's not working. Most clients use the pilot on a single project or a single hiring manager's desk before rolling out.
What's the implementation timeline?
Light implementations go live in 1–2 weeks. Standard takes 4–6 weeks including the integration build. Complex enterprise implementations are 8–12 weeks with phased onboarding by site or entity. We don't run multi-quarter implementations. If it's taking longer than 12 weeks, something is wrong.
Why is software free at Mid and Enterprise?
Because the management fee covers ongoing platform access. Implementation is a separate one-off cost across every tier, covering data migration, integration build, and onboarding, and scales with your size.
What does 'Bespoke' actually mean on Enterprise?
Every charging component is on the table. The monthly management fee can flex up or down depending on how the per-hire fee is structured, and vice versa, based on your volumes and what your finance team needs the numbers to look like. We model the right shape with you on a 30-minute call. Most Enterprise clients settle on a monthly figure between £2,500–£6,000 with a per-hire fee that completes the picture.
Can I move tiers?
Yes, Starter → Mid → Enterprise is a natural progression as you outgrow the previous model. Upgrades happen at quarter-end with no implementation fee. Downgrades require 90 days' notice and a 30-day handover so nothing in progress drops.
